Kids BJJ (ages 5+)

Kids Jiu Jitsu is a healthy way to stay active, build confidence, develop respect for themselves and relationships others. Classes are exciting and teach skills that build upon each students individual abilities in a safe environment.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great class that will benefit your performance in other sports. It is a great cardio workout that gets your heart rate up, improves balance and flexibility, power and agility, and coordination. Fitness/Yoga

Functional Fitness is a whole body workout that enhances your ability to do daily activities. It includes weight training, balance and flexibility exercises as well as speed and agility. It build strength & definition, stability, burns calories and promotes muscle growth.
