First Class Free

Call ahead and we will have everything ready for your first class. We have gloves, hand wraps, and Gis to lend make sure you have the gear you need to experience a great class.

Kids Night Out

The second Friday of every month from 6:15-8:30pm is Kids Night Out. Parents can drop off their kids after class to enjoy themed fun in a safe atmosphere.
